Prescription Policy

The purchase a Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP/APAP) device or a Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC) device through this website requires that you have a valid prescription from your physician. A valid prescription must be signed by a medical physician currently licensed in Canada and in the case of oxygen includes the oxygen flowrate setting, patient name, prescribing physician’s name and signature, and date of prescription. The prescription must not be expired. All supplies and accessories for your oxygen concentrator or PAP device do not require a physicians prescription.
